B) Download our Order Form, which is in PDF format. Please print the form, fill it out neatly in blue or black ink and fax it back to use at: 510-339-0389.

C) Phone in your order by calling us at: 510-339-3389.

All CDs are USD $15.00 each, plus $4.00 per order shipping and handling within the U.S.A., and $10.00 per order shipping and handling outside of the U.S.A.

No returns, except on defective CDs.

We will acknowledge receipt of your order via email.
The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
